Personal Data Management

Data Controller :

Purpose of Data Processing :

The legal basis for data processing is the Company’s legitimate interest.

The Company collects customer data primarily in order to respond to customer requests. For this purpose, the data provided by the customer may be shared with Company employees, service providers, and subcontractors, strictly within the limits necessary to perform the requested services.

After completion of the contractual relationship, customer contact details may be used by the Company to send commercial offers. Customers may object to such use at any time, in accordance with the right to object described below.

Categories of Data Collected:

The data collected by the Company includes all information necessary for the execution of the services covered by the contract concluded between the Company and the Customer, including: Identity data, Contact details, Data related to order organization and management

Data Retention Period :

Unless the customer exercises their right to object, contact details are retained for prospecting purposes for three (3) years following the end of the business relationship.

Other data is retained only for the duration necessary to perform the services.

However, in the case of an electronically concluded contract, the contract is archived by the Company for ten (10) years, in accordance with Article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection and Data Portability

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. They also have the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of their data.

Customers are also informed of their right to define instructions regarding the processing of their personal data after their death, either generally or specifically, under the conditions defined in Article 85 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

General instructions may be registered with a certified digital trusted third party approved by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). Specific instructions relating to this data processing must be sent to: contact[at]robonet-france.com.

Customers may modify or revoke these instructions at any time and may appoint a person responsible for their execution.

Customers are also informed of their right to register on the telephone solicitation opt-out list available on the official government website: conso.bloctel.fr.

In the event of a complaint regarding the processing of personal data, customers are invited to contact the Company at:

If the customer is not satisfied with the Company’s response—particularly in the event of a refusal to exercise rights of access, rectification or objection, the customer may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) at any time and/or refer the matter to the Public Prosecutor within:

Three (3) years in the event of refusal to exercise the right to object

One (1) year in the event of refusal to exercise the right of access from the date of
notification of the refusal decision.

What is a cookie?
